Monday – Friday
6:45 – 7:20 am
The Zoom meditation hall opens at 6:40 am. At 6:45 we “bow in” with each other, followed by a short chant, before sitting together in silence for 30 minutes. The sitting ends with the chanting of the bodhisattva vows, followed by a short service.
You are invited to join us in chanting (please stay muted). Though the texts will be supplied during the event, this version for printing is more user friendly (print 2-sided with flip on short edge): Daily Verses and Texts
If you are new to Zen meditation, you are encouraged to first attend the Introduction to Zen meditation before joining the silent morning meditation.
